Mainti is a property maintenance management platform that connects landlords, tenants, and contractors. We provide tools for ticket tracking, communication, and work order management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You agree not to use Mainti for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or malicious content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the proper working of the service.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Mainti, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Paid plans are billed through Polar.sh. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Mainti and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mainti and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mainti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
