We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, property details, and maintenance ticket content. We also collect usage data and technical information such as IP addresses and browser type.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Mainti service, communicate with you, send service-related notifications, and process payments. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Data is stored in the EU (Ireland) region by default. File uploads are stored in Supabase Storage.
We share data only as necessary to provide the service. Your landlord can see your tickets and messages directed to them. Contractors see only their assigned work orders. We do not share data with third parties for advertising.
We use HTTP-only cookies to maintain authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, which will sign you out.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data and content are removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), database-level row security policies, and secure credential storage. No method is 100% secure; use a strong, unique password.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account at any time via Settings. For other requests, contact us at privacy@mainti.app.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Resend for transactional email, and Polar.sh for billing. Each has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
Mainti is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us to have it removed.
We may update this policy. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the app. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
